| The fast development of high-tech zone is the main force to pull economic growth.Also,it is the main base for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the application of industrialization.At the same time of the bringing of benefit,sustainable development has become the strategic objectives of the new era,how to sustainable development has become the focus of human development,responsible innovation is proposed to sustainable development as the strategic target and effective practice method.This paper studies the responsibility innovation in the development of high-tech zone enterprises from the perspective of practice in order to give some reference to the long-term development goals high-tech zone enterprises of the long-term development goals.Through the summary of responsible research and innovation o of national high-tech enterprises in the zone of Shenyang High-tech Zone enterprises,this research analyzes the innovation from cognition,culture and system security systematically,with the responsible innovation theory being regarded as the theoretical basis,the enterprises of the high and new technology industrial development zone being regarded as the object of empirical study.In this thesis,chapter one summarizes the article.Chapter two analyzes the concept and characteristics of the responsibility innovation;based on this,the intrinsic connection between the high-tech Zone and the negative responsibility innovation is discussed.Chapter three analyzes the combination of high-tech enterprises and the zone responsible innovation theory through the questionnaire from the cognitive,cultural atmosphere and institutional guarantee for the enterprises of the high and new technology industrial development zone.Chapter 4 talks about the responsible innovation and development problems through the empirical analysis results summarized high-tech zone enterprises.Chapter five introduces some recommendations to responsible innovation development policy. |
