The Research On The Effects Of Trechnology Innovation Diffusion Of High-Tech Development Zone

In modern society, the rapid development of the high technologies, which represented by information technology and biotechnology, and their related industry has a profound impact on national economic and other aspects. The national competition, which takes the economic strength as the main content, will focus on whether the nation has the ability to develop its high-tech industry. In China, the High-tech Development Zone has become a new growth point of economic development. Taking the High-tech Development Zone as the analysis object will have important reference value to rationally understand the technological innovation diffusion effect.On the basis the literature review summary and the six related basic theories such as regional economics, growth pole, the core:edge diffusion, technology innovation, exogenous and endogenous technology growth and incubator, the concept and generating mechanism of High-tech Development Zone technology innovation diffusion effect and mechanism was defined and analyzed, and then it generating process and essence were dissected. In the above process, High-tech Development Zone technology innovation diffusion effect factors was refined and analyzed from the perspectives of technical potential difference, High-tech Development Zone and diffusion environment. And then a set of quantifiable High-tech Development Zone technology innovation diffusion effect evaluation system was build, and then the entropy method was used to give the index objective a entropy weight, thus to give a quantitative analysis of high-tech zone technology innovation diffusion effect. Finally High-tech Development Zone of Taiyuan was selected as the research object. On the basis of the model results and influencing factors analysis, the countermeasures to promote Taiyuan High-tech Zone technology innovation diffusion effect were forwarded, which has importance significance to raise the level of Taiyuan High-tech Development Zone, make technology and economy of Shanxi province develop coordinately and sustainably.The Hi-tech Development Zone technology innovation diffusion effect in this paper refers to the important influence to the area economic development given by knowledge and technology radiation and diffusion of High-tech Development Zone. This phenomenon was generated after the various resource agglomerations and innovation enterprise hatch reaching a certain level and it can promote the development of areas around the Zone, narrows down the development difference narrows ceaselessly to be trend of convergence, feeds back regional economic development. High-tech Development Zone in Taiyuan city has a technology innovation diffusion effect to Shanxi province. As a result, we found:(1)Taiyuan High-tech Development Zone had a strong regional relevance with the Shanxi province and a high innovation enthusiasm;(2)Shanxi province as the receptor of diffusion effect, its traditional industry technology level was comparatively low, and its technology innovation study, absorption and carrying capacity was relatively weak.;(3) The diffusion environment of Shanxi province has a comparatively good match with the innovation main body, which have a promotion to the diffusion effect.
