| In the context of building the innovative country,the combination of finance and technology has become an inevitable trend and demand,so technology finance came into being,and became a high-frequency vocabulary on various medium in recent years.But the relationship between technology and finance is not as simple as it seems.At present,there are some problems in the combination of Finance and technology,such as the institutional innovation is not enough,the lack of financial innovation,science and technology investment performance is not high,the lack of theoretical and empirical research.There is an urgent need to re-examine some of the basic theoretical issues in the integration of Finance and technology,and conduct in-depth study.In view of this,this paper is based on the regional level of Chinses financial development and the current status of national independent innovation.Aiming to measure the maturity of regional financial system and the capability of independent innovation of national high-tech zones.Taking this as the background,this paper explores the influence mechanism of the regional financial system on the the national high-tech zones' capability of independent innovation.This paper focuses on the core issues of "the impact of the financial system maturity on the independent innovation capability of high-tech zones," which is divided into three aspects: First,based on the study of existing literatures,selected the representative indicators,and builded the maturity model,to calculate the financial maturity of provinces and cities with the 30 provinces and cities nationwide data;and then,summarized the present situation of independent innovation of national high-tech zones,from which to extract the relevant indicators of the capability of independent innovation in high-tech zones.An index system for evaluating the capability of independent innovation in high tech zone is established.The relative importance weight of each index was determined by the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Finally,on the basis of the first two parts,the process of independent innovation is expressed by a production function,the financial maturity,the level of technology business incubator service and the degree of the external trade are selected as explanatory variables,and the multiple linear regression of the independent innovation capability of high-tech zones is selected to explore the influence and extent of each factor on independent innovation capability.The results show that there is a positive correlation between regional financial maturity and the ability of independent innovation.The correlation coefficient was 5.920862.According to the relevant research results,the paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations in the reform of the financial system,service system,venture capital and so on.There are two characteristics and innovations in this paper: the first is to focus on the coordination of science and technology policy and financial policy.The angle is innovative,because the financial policy group has the border,relying solely on financial policy,not a combination of science and technology policy,can not fundamentally solve the scientific and technological innovation and financial innovation in the existing problems;The second is to use the “financial maturity” as a comprehensive index to measure the level of regional financial development,and then,the independent innovation capability of high-tech zones is quantified.Finally to research the relationship between financial system and technological innovation with a systematic and quantitative study,which is strong pertinent and operability. |
