Research On Evaluation Of The Independent Innovation Capability Maturity Of Complex Product System

Complex Product System is a large product or system which possess of high research and development cost,concentrated technology, complicated product structure, customized demands. Not only does Complex Product System have such a dominant position in Complex Product System industry, but it plays an important rote in modern economy.To some extent, independent innovation capability of complex product system has the very important influence on national competition ability.At present, domestic development of complex product system compared with the international standard has the very big disparity, however, the pertinent technology in China is very weak and technology blockade comes from developed countries, how to improve independent innovation capability of complex product system has become the focus in theory and practice. Then, base on main features of domestic independent innovation capability of complex product system, summarized and analyzed the relative theory of innovation capability maturity model, an evaluation model of independent innovation capability maturity of complex product system is built from total level, dimension level and element level. Independent innovation capability of complex product system consists five gradients:beginning stage, reusable stage, defined stage, manageable stage and optimized stage. In the process of specific evaluating, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is utilized to apportion weight of indicators, and the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation is choosed for valuation method. Finally, the evaluation model of independent innovation capability maturity of complex product system is applied on complex product system development enterprises-Kunming Shipbuilding Equipment Co.,Ltd(automation logistic system). The effectiveness and practicability of this model is verified by the evaluation of the independent innovation capability of complex product system in this enterprise, which is able to provide reference to improve independent innovation capability of complex product system.
