From our national conditions, under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, the paper explores how to truly convert national strategy of independent innovation strategy to innovation strategy and innovation output of enterprises. The enterprise independent innovation capability is the foundation of country’s independent innovation capability, and enterprise innovative performance determines the status of national innovation strategy in the international division of labor. Recently, our country is under a bottleneck period on innovation. The traditional path of industrialization mode in high capital investment, high energy consumption, low output efficiency, low labor capital has been unsustainable. In this context mentioned above, study on the influence of independent innovation capability and innovative performance, and how to enhance the enterprise independent innovation capability and enterprise innovative performance, which is significant to promote the development of enterprises innovation capacity in China and enhance the international competitiveness.Based on the background and significance of the correlation between enterprise independent innovation capability and innovation performance, the paper reviews literature on the relative theory, defines subjects studied and combines the research of the previous scholars to apply for the psychological capital as an intermediary variables and organizational support sense as the moderator. Then through field research using questionnaire designed, the paper uses software tools such as spss19.0 and Excel2013 based on the data collected to analyze the influence of enterprise independent innovation capability on innovation performance by sample descriptive statistics, reliability and validity, Intermediate Effect of the psychological capital and Moderating Effect of Perceived organizational support inspection test, correlation and regression analysis. And the paper comprise a total of six chapters: introduction, concepts and theories, evaluation system Construction, hypotheses and empirical analysis, conclusions and suggestions.Through theoretical research and empirical analysis, the following conclusions are drawn:(1) the enterprise independent innovation capability and enterprise innovation performance are positively correlated, but the four dimensions of independent innovation capability exist difference on the role of innovation performance.(2) The enterprise independent innovation capability has a positive impact on innovative performance, and psychological capital can play an intermediary role partly between them. The organizational support sense has a regulatory role in both. According to the above conclusions, this paper presents several constructive suggestions, and may these suggestions can provide reference and certain help for enterprise managers in management practices.
