Related Research On Enterprise Innovation Management Capability Maturity And Innovations

With the needs of the construction of innovative country, the development of high-tech enterprises has attracted much attention, the level of innovation of high-tech enterprises represents the level of a country’s ability to innovate. In the previous research, the research theory of technology innovation has been quite mature, but the research on innovative management is relatively small. For the innovation of management, whether it is technology and management system are important factors, enterprises have a strong capacity of innovation management can create a good atmosphere for innovation, looking for direction for the technology research and development, providing conditions conducive to innovation.In view of the above situation, this paper takes the innovation management ability as the research object, taking the Tianjin Binhai New Area as the research sample. According to the enterprise innovation management capability maturity model "what constitutes"-- the idea of "how to promote the", the connotation and characteristics of comprehensive consideration of management innovation ability by study on the ability of innovation and management variables, constructs the enterprise innovation management capability maturity model and research study innovation management capability maturity degree and innovation achievements of the relationship.In the part of theoretical study on export, this paper of high and new technology enterprise definition are introduced in this paper, the connotation of management innovation and domestic and foreign based on the different perspectives of research were reviewed, and the development of the capability maturity model, are discussed in this paper. The previous research provided the theoretical support for this paper, and formed the leading research ideas of this paper.In the model construction and evaluation, through constructing the model of the ability of innovation management, using the method of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive analysis, the overall ability of the enterprise is evaluated. According to the evaluation results re construct the ability to enhance the matrix, to enhance the ability to point out the priority, for the enterprise to put forward the relevant recommendations of the capacity maturity level.In the empirical research part, through the questionnaire survey, the data of the innovation management capability maturity and the innovation achievement of the Binhai New Area are collected. This paper in previous studies based on according to the requirements of this paper selects 22 dimensions innovation organization management ability, innovation management ability, innovation ability of knowledge management and innovation process management capabilities of the four subsystems ability and enterprise patent number and new product sales to questionnaire items to construct hypotheses. Through the regression analysis, the relationship between the ability of each sub capability to innovation results is analyzed.In the conclusion and prospect, this paper systematically summarizes the research results and some directions of future research, and summarizes the deficiencies of this research.
