| Wheel supply logistics lies in the upper stream of automotive industry chain, which plays a very important role in automobile components logistics. This thesis analyzes the characteristics and logistics pattern of China's automotive parts by comparing various kinds of logistics patterns both home and abroad, summarizes and establishes wheel supply logistics operating pattern. Based on the empirical analysis of company D's wheel supply logistics,this thesis comes to the conclusion that using multiple logistics patterns and taking advantage of domestic and international staggering peak orders to help solve the stock shortage resulted by the capacity distribution. Company D establishes wheel supply new mode DLM 2.0 by using multiple logistics patterns to solve the actual issues which has been existing in wheel supply logistics. This also provides a reference for other wheel suppliers. In the meanwhile, it also raises new need for improvement of China's wheel international logistics operating pattern theory and is very important for improvement and practice of China's automotive parts supply theory.Firstly this. thesis provided analysis on automotive parts supply logistics operating pattern, stated briefly about the characteristics of the automotive parts and its logistics,and analyzed selection of the development and operating pattern of automotive parts supply logistics. A summary was made based on above analysis.Secondly, this thesis introduced briefly about the automotive wheel development status and trend, pointed out issues in China's automotive parts supply chain and wheel supply logistics by analyzing China's automotive wheel supply logistics development status, and established wheel supply logistics operating pattern to solve the capacity issue.Lastly, based on study of the wheel supply related business from company D, this thesis pointed out the issues in wheel supply logistics, performed analysis and made improvement, and provided related improvement strategy. |
