The Research On The Space Pattern And Influence Factors Of County Urbanization In Hunan

As a fundamental level of civilization,county civilization exerts great influence on Chinese rural economy and even the national economy,it is also an important part in the course of civilization.Hunan,as a big agricultural province,plays an profound role in the development of county civilization in the new era of civilization promotion and economic transition.Therefore,researches on the space pattern of county civilization in Hunan and analysis on the provincial different regional spaces and factors which impinged on them is not only do help for relative official departments hold the situation of regional civilization in palms,hence make their political decisions with overall considerations and suit measures to local conditions,but also have practical influence to deepen agricultural reform,promoting economic transition and coordinating the healthy and steady development of local civilization.This paper laid an analysis on the space pattern and influencing factors of county civilization within the sphere of Hunan Province’s 88 counties(not includes the area under cities’ jurisdiction)and testified it by way of illustration.The paper divides into five parts: The first chapter mainly introduces the background and meaning of this research and put forward the content and method of it based on literal abstract.The second chapter mainly expands on the relative theory of civilization.The third chapter makes an analysis of the statues quo of space pattern of county civilization in Hunan Province applied Arc GIS software and Coefficient of Variation in three aspects of space pattern character,differences and evolution trend.The fourth chapter makes a key analysis on influencing factors of county civilization from the economical,social and governing respects applied panel regression and panel quantile model method,which draws the conclusions that: firstly,the economic development,the improvement of consumption and the broaden investment sphere have evident positive effect on the development of county civilization at all points,though different in specific ones;secondly,the medium education set an negative effect on the development of county civilization on all points,bearing out that the scale down of medium education can promote the development of county civilization;thirdly,the improvement of medical service poses an effective positive influence on the most points of county civilization,and with the raise of points,there are few changes in the medical coefficient;fourthly,the proportion of county government expenditure in GDP cast an inconspicuous influence on the development of county civilization at different points.The fifth chapter mainly comes up with schemes and suggestions on development of county civilization in Hunan premised on the former parts of the paper.
