Study On The Influence Factors Of Productive Service Industry Of Hunan Province

Since the21st century, the service industry develops quickly in all countries.From2008to2010, the added value of service industry in our country average valueof a share of GDP reached42.67%, the added value of American’s service industryaverage share of GDP reached78.67%. The service industry instead of the industryand become a dominant industry, and has formed a trend in all countries. Producerservices as a main component part of the service industry, because it shows its"intermediate input" characteristics in the process of economic operation, so, it is themost development potential in the process of the development of economy.The level of Hunan producer services development compared with the coastaldeveloped province in our country, there is a certain lag behind, the important role ofproducer services on economic decisions the necessity of productive servicesinfluencing factors in Hunan province discussed in this paper. Paper takes theinfluence factors of producer services in Hunan province as the research object, on thebasis of summarized domestic and foreign literatures on producer services, acomprehensive analysis of present situation of development of Hunan producerservices, and after combing producer services developing theory, theoretical analysisof the influencing factors of Hunan producer services, and establish the econometricmodel from the perspective of supply and demand empirically test the influencefactors of producer services in Hunan province. Finally, put forward policySuggestions to improve the development of Hunan producer services.This paper based on the industrial theory and economics theory, referred to therelated research literature, Theoretical analysis concluded that: the level of economicdevelopment, urbanization level, the service innovation ability from the supply sideeffects the development of Hunan’s producer services, economic system and marketmaturity from the demand side effects the development of Hunan’s producer services.On the basis of theoretical analysis of influence factors, using1995year to2011yeardata of Hunan province statistical yearbook and China’s high technology industryyearbook, set up a series of indicators, taking the method of multiple regressionanalysis from the perspective of supply and demand to quantitatively analysis factorsin Hunan producer services, and empirical testing the results, concluded that GDP percapita, tertiary industry employment population affects the supply of Hunan producer services, and the total amount of the added value of secondary industry, the totalamount of the added value of tertiary industry, the total import and export affects thedemand of Hunan producer services.Sum up, the innovation points of this article possible are the following: first,using input-output analysis method to discuss the cause of the problems in Hunanproducer services; Second, from the angles of supply and demand analysis theinfluencing factors of Hunan producer services, and empirical analysis some relatedaffecting factors; Third, when give improvement countermeasures, take the subjectmethod, from the perspective of the government, productive services productionenterprises, producer services consumption enterprises to put forward improve Hunanproducer services policy.
