Spatial Pattern And Its Influencing Factors Of Rural Settlements In Chenxi County,hunan Province

As the spatial carrier of rural population agglomeration,the spatial pattern of rural settlements influenced by the factors of nature,social economy and policy planning.At present,the accelerated development of urbanization and the reform of rural land system both have important impacts on the rural settlement space,and the optimization of the rural settlement space system has become an important part of the integrated development of urban and rural areas.The scientific analysis of the spatial pattern characteristics of rural settlements and the revelation of the relationship between their distribution and the surrounding environment and regions are of great significance for promoting the rational distribution of rural settlements and accelerating the rural revitalization.This paper takes Chenxi county,hunan province as the research object,uses the data of land use status in 2017,synthesizes a variety of theories and methods,analyzes the spatial pattern characteristics of its rural residential land,discusses the leading factors of its spatial pattern,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the spatial distribution of rural residential land in the county.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)In Chenxi county,the land scale and grade differentiation of rural settlements are remarkable.The residential areas with an area of 3hm~2 or less account for 67.20%of the total area,mainly concentrated in low values.In terms of space,the hot areas and cold areas of rural settlements show a"multi-point"distribution pattern.The rural settlements in the central region have a high degree of complexity,while those in the eastern and western regions are relatively simple,the land form is not planned obviously,The distribution pattern of"banding"is north-south.In terms of land density,the average kernel density of rural settlements in Chenxi county is 3.98/km~2,and the overall density is relatively small.The density of rural settlements in the west and southwest of the county is high,while the density in the northeast and southeast is low.On the whole,the spatial pattern of"west intensive and east sparse"is presented.There are mainly three kinds of land layout patterns in rural settlements:free scatter layout pattern,strip layout pattern and cluster layout pattern.(2)The geographical detector was used to analyze the influencing factors of the land spatial pattern of rural settlements in Chenxi county,and the results showed that the slope,elevation,traffic accessibility,distance from the market town,agricultural output value,agricultural population and fixed assets investment had significant influences on the land spatial pattern of rural settlements.Under the influence of physical geography and traffic location,the land distribution cluster of rural residential areas is located in the first sub-region,while the cluster areas under the influence of social and economic factors are mainly 3,4 and 5sub-regions.In addition,the interaction between the two factors is higher than that of the single factor,and each factor affects the spatial pattern of rural settlemtnts in Chenxi county.(3)According to current situation of Chen county rural residential land use spatial pattern of the existing problems and puts forward four kinds of spatial optimization model,including the development of urban and rural integration mode,optimize the development mode,control mode and the village relocation merging mode,and from strengthening the rural village space planning,build reasonable cluster network,contraction,promote the population flow and put forward the optimization suggestion to build rural life circle.
