Study On The Financial Risk Management Of The Baoyi Highway Engineering Project

With the rapid development of economy,the demand for the expressway has increased dramatically,which has promoted the development of the expressway project.The construction of expressway project is greatly influenced by natural environmental factors.This project has the characteristics of long construction period and great investment.If the project investment and funds are not used properly,the construction and property safety of the expressway project will be greatly threatened.The direct impact on the construction enterprises is the increase of the financial risk.Therefore,it has important practical significance for the financial risk assessment and management of expressway engineering project.Based on this background,this paper regard the Baoyi highway project as the research object,by constructing financial risk regression model to estimate the financial risk of the project.The estimated results show that the project risk management in general,there are still some problems,such as contract management,raising capital,investment,the use of funds and other aspects of the problem.Through comprehensive and detailed analysis of the project,this paper pointed out the reason of the construction project in the financial risk management problems,and on this basis,we gave some advises about the financial risk management.The main contents of this paper include: the first chapter introduces the research background and significance,and analyzes the research status of financial risk management at home and abroad;the second chapter discusses the related concepts of financial risk management theory,and describes the financial risk management theory,and establishes the theoretical basis of financial risk management in construction project,set up the financial risk of construction project system,build a comprehensive financial risk regression model;the third chapter combines financial risk management of Baoyi highway engineering project to analyze the current situation of financial risk management of the project.Financial risk mainly includes that contract management is not in place,the financing cost control is not in place,not fully prepared and investment funds to pay unreasonable;the fourth chapter analysis the main reason of the Baoyi highway engineering project financial risk management problems.We mainly analyze the reasons of financial risk from the project's internal and external environment,and contract management financing,investment and the use of funds in all aspects;the fifth chapter figure out the scientific property financial risk management strategy.First of all,we believe that the enterprise should optimize the financial risk of internal and external environment,including to buy insurance,to grasp the direction of the macro development,promote the construction quality,optimization of construction organization and construction unit culture,establish a perfect information system etc.;secondly,the enterprise should actively organize financial risk control activities,including strict on-site review of the signing of the contract,perfect the contract management system,optimize the financing channels,grasp the funding opportunities,control the cost of the investment,formulate scientific financial management plan etc.;finally,we should establish perfect financial risk early warning system,mainly including the establishment of financial early warning will accounting information system,improve financial risk management mechanism and improve the supervision mechanism of financial risk.
