The research and development of biotechnology can not only solve many of the needs of people,but also allow people to better understand themselves,so as to promoting human progress.Biotechnology is an industry that is being developed and supported by the state,probably because the technology itself has the research cycle is so long,high market uncertainty in the future,so the investment in technology research and development and the enterprise does not have a better butt,now the gradual rise of the patent investment model can successfully solve the problem,patent shares can put the interests of patent human and enterprise strategy development together,It makes enterprises in patent and more cautious in investment decisions,this can promote the enthusiasm of the research of the patent,it can also make research and development goal of establishing docking with the actual demand.In the field of asset evaluation,there are not many cases involving the evaluation of biotechnology patents,on the contrary are related to biotechnology patents are the basic evaluation of patent transfer,so far there is not much to learn from the case,and there is no systematic assessment system.We choose biotechnology patents as evaluation object under the background of Investment shares in this paper,from the impact of the valuation of the purpose of investment shares,stock model,the biological characteristics of the patent and other indirect factors into the proportion of future earnings and other direct factors.In this paper,the applicability and advantages and disadvantages of the traditional methods are analyzed,based on the nature of biological patent option,this paper expounds the theory and the applicability of the two binary tree model of option pricing,finally,in the case of the application of the method of valuation and the option method,and the establishment of the sales revenue royalty rate model and multiple periods two binary tree model for auxiliary valuation.Look from the theory,the option pricing method considering the patent value,the change of future income for investing in patent valuation has certain applicability and research potential.From the point of view of material selection and conception,this paper is intended to provide advice for the future development of the patent holder and the enterprise,to fill the vacancy in the field of biological patent.
