Under the encouragement of policy and the Prime Minister,More and more people begin to start a business,in recent years.Due to the unreasonable ownership structure,it's occurred that theoriginator finally has no control of the enterprise,or the team disbanded.Equity allocation of start-up enterprises is the most important task of human resource management in start-ups.It is of great practical significance to study it.The article aims to study the difficulties or doubts encountered in the equity allocation in high-tech start-ups,and provide targeted advices of experts.Based on the Stakeholder Theory,twenty-five high-tech enterprises with industry characteristics were surveyed by questionnaire,and three entrepreneurs' representatives were interviewed in depth.And then analyzed questions by interpreting the interview records.Finally,had interviews with experts,to give the appropriate guidance and suggestions.Through the questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,descriptive statistics and analysis were used to analyze the questionnaire results,and the data were analyzed from the bottom up using the linear model.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The founders attach importance to the choice of co-founder,but the scientific nature of the team should be improved;(2)High-tech entrepreneurial entrepreneurs pay attention to the company's equity,but the professionalism is relatively low,the entrepreneur should study more knowledge;(3)Many founders in the company's equity structure design process encountered difficulties or risks,to equity experts or professional consulting firm to seek professional guidance or service,with the help of external forces to design scientific and reasonable equity,benefit a lot to the company's healthy and sustainable development;(4)It is no universal model for the design of the equity structure of the start-up company,but there are some reference elements when designing the equity structure.The innovation of this paper is mainly embodied in the innovation of the research subject,the research content and the research method.The limitation of this paper is mainly reflected in the small number of the questionnaire research enterprises.The depth of the qualitative interview can be improved in the future.The conclusions of this paper are of reference to the companies with the same or similar circumstances.
