There are unique geographical environment and unique landscape resources in Hami.Tianshan Mountain is a ridge,which combines the natural features of the South and Northern xinjiang.The natural geographical factors in Hami determine its particularity,and the amount of water resources is only higher than that of Turpan.n the development and utilization of water resources,not only has the common problem in arid areas,also has the characteristics of energy shortage,engineering water resources waste,with the shortage of water resources,water conservancy construction is not perfect,the structure of water balance,the use of water-saving appliances is not wide,groundwater overdraft extremely serious problems.Water resource has become a restricting factor of inter generational existence in Hami.Therefore,the study of water resources carrying capacity in Hami will help the scale of Hami's agricultural industry,economic development and population growth.The sustainable development of Hami is inseparable from the development of agricultural land.Agricultural land is the basic living environment for human beings and the basis for carrying the population's living scale.In reference,it can be found that water resources have the greatest impact on land carrying capacity in the differentiated living environment.The main content of this paper is divided into two parts: the evaluation of the carrying capacity of agricultural land water resources in Hami area,and the optimal allocation of agricultural land water resources in Hami based on the CAS theory.With the help of CAS theory of adaptive system of water resources in agricultural land and driving mechanism is analyzed,and establishes the agricultural water resources overall layer model of Hami area,screening the model constraints,the model for the use of RMONAGA,and the farmland water resources on the optimization of bearing capacity after comprehensive review.Therefore,this paper for agricultural water resources in Hami area capacity evaluation,and the water resources of agricultural land in Hami for the optimization research,aimed at agricultural water resources coordination in Hami area is currently experiencing supply imbalance,provide a reference.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)In view of the problems existing in the utilization of water resources in Hamiarea,and referring to the existing achievements,this paper selects several effective evaluation indexes of agricultural land water consumption unit GDP,water resources utilization rate and so on in Hami area.Based on objective data,the entropy coefficient method is adopted to unify the index weight coefficient.The use of(38)-distribution litres index formula of particle swarm optimization after the research on the bearing capacity of 2004-2014 in Hami area of agricultural land and water resources,the results show that the water resources carrying capacity in Hami area was decreased,at the same time,2011-2014,in reference to the carrying capacity of water resources in Hami area of the third stage,the state of the natural water depth of mining capacity.(2)The bearing capacity of water resources based on the complex adaptive system(CAS theory)in the area of agricultural land(Water resources allocation)study,and make a deep analysis of a comprehensive agricultural water resources system for complex characteristics,constructing the optimization model,to provide the depth perspective area of agricultural water resources use.Using the multi level nonlinear characteristics of complex adaptive system,the multi-objective nested genetic algorithm is applied in the complex adaptive optimization of agricultural land water resources in Hami area.Based on the actual data,the optimal allocation model of agricultural land water resources in Hami area was established,and the optimized plan of sustainable exploitation was proposed,which can provide reference for sustainable exploitation and utilization of agricultural land water resources in Hami area.
