| Since the beginning of the 21st century,the domestic market economic reform has gradually deepened and the globalization competition has become increasingly fierce.The management of domestic enterprises gradually with the international standards.The development of enterprises needs to rely on the success of countless projects as a support.Enterprise knowledge management of the depth of the project is with the development of the times,the integration of enterprise development.Whether the rational and efficient management of the project determines the operation of the enterprise can proceed smoothly,whether the long-term strategy can eventually achieve.In the process of real production work,the project management organization structure is the most important factor to determine the efficiency of enterprise project management.Enterprises need to demonstrate through scientific methods,combined with their own internal and external environment and the actual situation,select and develop the most suitable for their own characteristics of the project management organizational structure.In this paper,H Company is selected as the research object.H Company is a state-owned research institute after the establishment of the restructuring of manufacturing enterprises.Based on the multi-project management work of H Company in the fluid purification industry,this paper focuses on the current project management of H Company and focuses on the optimization of the organizational structure of project management.First of all,this article briefly introduces the knowledge theory of management and project management,focusing on the domestic and foreign scholars on the organizational structure of the research process and the current stage of research progress.The author then introduces several classic forms of project management organizational structure and briefly analyzes their respective strengths and weaknesses.The author cites the conceptual characteristics of the multi-project management organization structure and the selection of the organizational structure.The research results of this paper are the theoretical basis of this paper,which is supported by the example analysis and the optimization direction.Then,this paper summarizes the current domestic purification industry,especially the air treatment industry,and clarifies the industry background and the competitive pressure of H company.On the basis of internal and external environment,this paper analyzes the current situation of H project management and the existingproblems.In view of these problems,the internal.and external data are collected,all the factors that affect the organizational structure of the enterprise project management are listed,and the experts’ expert scores the importance of each factor to construct the organizational judgment matrix of H Company.The authors use the analytic hierarchy process to quantitatively evaluate the evaluation scores,and use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to compare the calculation results,and make the order of importance for the points that need to be optimized.The author designs and evaluates the method of evaluation and makes the calculation result directional,and clearly observes the key part of the organizational structure that needs to be optimized and improved from the result.Finally,the use of mastery of management knowledge and the actual work of the situation,for the H company in the project management organization structure of the management philosophy shown by the lag,organizational structure and mode of operation curing,production efficiency and management efficiency is low and so on,The optimization and improvement of the project management organization structure of H company are determined by reference to the calculation result.After the conclusion of the study,the author draws the conclsion that the main defects of H project management structure are too functional,the process is rigid and the manager function is limited,and the project lacks planning.H company’s project management organization should be "to strengthen the project" direction to optimize the adjustment,to strengthen the flexibility to re-division responsibilities. |
