Since the reform and opening, as the world economic development, social improvement,the socialist market economic system improved, the degree of market increased, collaboration between enterprises increased, the market environment becomes complex and fast, in this uncertain environment ,face the deep and wide impact of economic, politics, information, resources and other aspects, enterprises are under increasing pressure. As enterprises,management system is imperfect, the low efficiency, no competitive ability, the uneven distribution of corporate resources, personnel and development issues are also increasing prominently,these problems,we can find reasons from the organizational structure.How to breakthrough in itself, change the mode of operation, use of new perspective on enterprise transformation,it is key to the survival and healthy development of the enterprise and a qualitative leap of management level. The same business is not viable, is untenable in such an environment,it is a certain tend to shrink and die.So, organizational structure evalution is always an issues that need to study and resolve.this paper studied from the causes of organizational structure, processes, procedures, and results of evaluation, Analysised organizational structure evolution motives from the perspective of organizational life cycle , summary the factors that effect the organizational structure evolution, evolution style, structure mode and evolution process. Finally, introduced the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and evaluated organizational structure evolution.At first,introduced the background ,significance and enviroment that enterprises are facing now. Facing their own problems and the large reform wave, organizational structure evolution is imperative. Descripted the development of organizational structure concept and theory,carded the evolution process.Through evolution of hengfang Geotechnical company organizational structure evolution, established the index system,completed the evaluation of the organizational structure evolution,improved the development of the company.
