Enterprises are exposed to extreme complexity and a high uncertainty environment.To maintain the sustainable advantage,enterprises must construct and improve their own core competitiveness and therefore through outsourcing enterprise can focus on main business,which promotes gradual generalization of human resource management outsourcing in China.However,it is still a challenge for enterprises to Identify and prevent the risk of human resource outsourcing,the enterprise is how to identify the risk of human resource management outsourcing.The contradiction between the popularity of human resource management outsourcing in China and the lack of effective methods of outsourcing risk identification restricts the further development of human resource management outsourcing.This paper proposes the risk identification methods of FEMA,A enterprise as an example,in-depth analysis of the status of human resources of A company,with 35 interviews summarized the risk factors and 157 valid questionnaires was conducted to evaluate the risk factors evaluation,in order to establish a system of risk identification and prevention of domestic enterprises to provide a reference value,to make its own contribution research on the improvement of human resource management outsourcing risk.
