The Research Of The Coordinated Development Of Modern Agriculture And Tourism Of The Yellow River Area In Jinan

The urbanization of rural areas and the integration of urban and rural areas are the inevitable choice for China's rural modernization.With the rapid development of social economy,on the one hand,the agricultural industry to focus on parks,land toward the moderate scale,concentration of farmers to new rural communities and towns,economic development reached a considerable scale;on the other hand,the scattered layout,small scale,and the weakening of the function of urban focusing effect is not high,the administrative costs increased such problems appeared in full.In view of various problems,it is more meaningful for the county of Ningxia county,which is relatively low in urbanization process,to speed up the construction of towns and towns.A lot's of this policy in our country in southern Sichuan,with the withdrawal of the rural town built area administrative level,township administrative boundary changes,government departments to optimize the structure;build the town regional basic conditions improve;these changes will inevitably lead to the related social and economic indicators of change.While discussing its conventional influence,this paper focuses on the impact of the policy of removing rural areas and building towns on the agricultural industry.The agricultural industry will be affected by the system of town construction in the aspects of agricultural industry,structure and total output value.Through establishing the index system of rural reconstruction and the index system of agricultural industry.Using literature research method,theoretical exploration method,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method,coordination model analysis,variance analysis and gray model,diamond model and other mathematical methods.It is based on the theory of economic growth,the theory of economy and the theory of industrial agglomeration.The relationship between the rural construction and the development of agricultural industry was discussed.Based on the composite diamond model,gray correlation model,and analyze the main factors influencing the composite system of correlation,and according to the results of the analysis put forward the countermeasures and suggestions,provide a reference for the development planning of agricultural industry research region and the southern Sichuan area.It provides the basis for the radiation and driving of the agricultural industry in the small towns.In the course of the study,we can draw the conclusion that the two indexes coordinate,develop,influence and restrict each other.It has basically proved the impact of the policy of removing rural areas and towns on the agricultural industry,agricultural structure and the development of rural areas.But for some index layers which are affected by other complicated factors,the problem of the complexity of the influence of the rural construction is difficult to translate.But the results of calculation in the research process also provide the basis for the study of the second industry and the third industry.It has achieved the coordinated and transitional function between the towns and villages,the villages and towns,and the enterprises and agriculture.
