The Research Of The Coordinated Development Of Modern Agriculture And Tourism Of The Yellow River Area In Jinan

The development of modern agriculture is facing a new prospect and a new trend, and tourism has become an important engine of transformation of economic development mode. Nowadays, the boundaries of traditional industries increasingly blurred, the coordinated development of industry has gradually become a new trend and innovation is the essence of industrial synergy. In recent years, according to the District of Jinan City Wetland along the Yellow River, in the file as “Jinan City plan draft "," Jinan city overall urban planning ", “Jinan City North Cross and Jibei New Area Development Strategy Research", all this files made a policy guidance and support for the industry collaborative development issues as a important research object.In this paper, the method used are literature research, combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis method, mathematical model analysis and empirical analysis as the research method, the theory used are Synergy theory, system theory, co-evolution theory, industrial development theory, economic growth stage theory, the two element economic theory, all those theories becomes the basis of the exploration of the research of the coordinate development of modern agriculture and tourism of the yellow river area in Jinan. The writer has learned the present situations of the area and established the relevant index system of modern agriculture and tourism. Then, using dimensionless method to deal with the index and using entropy method to weight the indexes. Set up two order degrees of modern agricultural system and tourism system. Set up a combination of both modern agricultural system and tourism system. Analysis the composing factor's effects of this complicated system. According to the analysis results, this paper puts forward the counter measures and suggestions to provide evidences for the planning and construction of yellow river area in Jinan or the whole city.This paper has two innovative points, targeted and innovative. According to the research area of breaking the traditional research area, the author adopts the research area, which is based on the actual situation, and is not the traditional administrative boundary. Research object, breaking the traditional three industries, select objects for the collaborative relationship of modern agriculture and tourism, as the study area specified road for the development of related industries, to provide a reference for other areas; system reflected in this paper tries to overall development of agricultural tour fusion of system research, break through the three times industry narrow scope of the study, make the industry synergy stereo and comprehensive.Main conclusions of the thesis:(1) That seven order parameters of Ji'nan city along the Yellow River wetland area of modern agricultural subsystem affect each other and jointly promote the development of modern agriculture. But orderly degree has great volatility, which is mainly because the order parameter index of total agricultural income accounted for GDP and agricultural added value accounted for the order of the proportion of GDP resulted in a decline. Tourism industry subsystem order parameter has the overall trend of direction of progress.(2) Since the agricultural system order degree in 2009 and 2012 decrease compared with the previous year, tourism sub system degree of order in 2014 decreased than a year before, so the modern agriculture and tourism complex systems in this four years exist together with no state. In addition, two sub industry complex systems are slowly toward the good coordination and direction of development, interacting each other, and reached the highest collaborative situation in 2011. We can know that the development of modern agriculture and tourism industry in the study area has yet to be improved.(3) According to the ranking results of evaluation index of synergistic degree of the modern agriculture and tourism complex system, every index shows great differences in the synergistic degree with indexes. which is the maximum value of 0.7724 and minimum values as 0.5837. According to the analysis, we can know that the cooperative association imbalance of the sub industrial of modern agriculture and tourism and the complicated system,the imbalance of agricultural output, the level of consumption is affected by the conclusion of collaborative.(4) According to the above research of modern agriculture and tourism cooperation of Jinan yellow river area to determine the degree, coordination degree influence factor.
