Study On The Spatial Layout Of Urban Construction Land Based On The Concept Of "Anti-planning"

Since the reform and opening up,China's urbanization has been accelerating,but the rapid urbanization has also caused the layout of urban land chaos disorder,development and construction of arbitrary and other issues.Urban construction land space and natural ecosystems,socio-economic development and other contradictions are intensifying.At present,the overall planning of urban planning in China is an important task of scientifically planning the spatial layout of urban construction land,coordinate the construction land and ecological environment protection,and promote the sustainable use of land sustainable.Relative to the traditional planning,the "anti-planning" theory is a relatively new planning methodology.It aims to protect the ecological environment and build a regional landscape ecological landscape,emphasizing the priority to control the "ecological protection zone" for space planning.This theory is in line with the direction of urban construction land layout planning and development,and it is of great practical and theoretical significance to optimize the layout of urban land and promote the harmonious development of urban health.In this paper,the urban area of Pingliang town in Bazhou area is taken as an example.The practice of "anti-planning" is applied to the planning and construction of the urban construction land in Pingliang town in 2014,and the planning period is 2030 On the Layout Planning Pattern of Urban Construction Land Based on the Concept of "Anti-planning".Based on the characteristics of regional terrain and land use types,through the construction of regional soil and water,biology,local culture and recreational landscape safety pattern,the regional comprehensive ecological security was generated by weighted stacking method through literature research and ArcGIS spatial technology analysis.Pattern,as the basis for the coordination of urban non-construction land and construction land,and the regional construction land for long-term optimal layout.The results show that:(1)It is necessary to construct a multi-level landscape security pattern from the aspects of soil and water conservation,biological protection,local culture and recreation,and then choose the "anti-planning" concept of urban construction land and make spatial layout.The contradictory planning methodology of socio-economic development and ecological environment protection.(2)The area of ecological security area of high,middle and low levels in the study area was 39.89hm~2,51.60 hm~2 and 16.34 hm~2,respectively.The area of the urban area could be 91.49 hm~2,accounting for 36% of the study area,47%,17%,83%.(3)According to the principle of urban planning,and ultimately determine the planning period Pingliang town town construction land size of 75hm~2,the formation of "three-core two-axis,multi-group" township land space structure and "one heart three axis multipoint" landscape system.
