Honesty and credit who has a long history and rich contents,plays as an important constituent of Chinese traditional culture.However,within the rapid economic development of China,the establishment of honesty value cannot follow the pace of the economic development,resulting a stagnant cultural construction of honesty.As the exposure of “Shanghai Husi meat incident”,consumers have decreased their confidence about food,which also has impacted the faithful transaction rule of the market economy.Husi is the biggest meat supplier to Chinese fast food industry,who put the dirty meat into production line and added raw material randomly,by this way,the hamburger with unknown source and origin and the frozen stinky meat were turned into "little steak".These products had been supplied to fast food merchants such as McDonald and KFC,who had directly produced these products to consumers.When the incident was exposed,some consumers lost confidence,and the construction of corporate honesty and culture was greatly challenged,resulting in extremely serious consequences.Therefore,this article based on the theoretical perspective of Marxism,taking the case of Shanghai Husi rotten meat,and using the methods of literature analysis and case analysis on the present situation of the construction of modern enterprise culture of the integrity analysis,put forward the creative thinking of honesty construction.Specifically,this article discusses four aspects as follows:Firstly,an overview of the theoretical basis of the credit culture of corporate integrity is summarized.This chapter starts with the connotation of the traditional honesty,combed the connotation of honesty and credit,enterprises' credit,enterprises' culture of honesty and enterprises' credit construction culture,which lays a theoretical foundation for later chapter.According to the performance of traditional credit culture,this chapter summarizes the enterprise honesty culture from four aspects of characteristics,which is of subjectivity and objectivity,invisibility and asset ,hence,distinguishing the enterprise culture of honesty from other enterprise culture.According to the Marxist concept of integrity of the pros and cons,this chapter analyzes the positive influences of credit culture of enterprises separately from three aspects as enterprise,market and society and provides powerful evidence for the credit construction of enterprises.In conclusion,this chapter mainly focuses on the traditional connotation of honesty and credit,and builds up the relevant theory of the enterprise's credit culture to provide theoretical basis for the expansion of the full text.Secondly,this paper discusses the present situation of the honesty culture of modern enterprises in our country based on “Shanghai Husi meat incident”.On the one hand,in line with the continuous development of the market economy,the main achievements are summarized in the construction of honesty culture construction of modern enterprises,which not only promotes enterprise's main body consciousness of honesty,but also enhances enterprise' society responsibility consciousness,resulting to perfect the enterprise credibility laws and ensure the harmonious and stable social order.On the other hand,from the macro and micro dimensions,set Husi rotten meat event in Shanghai as a case,the performance of lacking of modern enterprise honesty culture and its negative effect is analyzed.On the macro level,this paper analyzes the performance of lacking enterprise credit culture in our country and its consequent impact from the political,economic,cultural and diplomatic levels.On the micro level,this paper starts from enterprise employees,enterprise management,and enterprise industry itself to conclude that the negative effects caused by the missing of China's modern enterprise honesty culture,which provides the reality basis for the following text to analyze and solve problems.Thirdly,according to the Marxist philosophy of internal cause and external cause analysis method,and combined with the case of Shanghai Husi rotten meat event,the paper seeks reasons why enterprises in our country lack of enterprise credit culture from internal and external elements of enterprises.Based on the philosophy foundation that internal cause plays as decisive role,the paper analyzes the in-deep reasons of lacking of enterprise credit culture from four aspects as enterprises' main body,enterprises' internal environment,enterprises' credit management system and enterprises' culture.External cause also has influence on the development of things,so this chapter analyzes the external elements of lacking of enterprise credit culture from four aspects as the political background,economic root,cultural environment.All in all,according to philosophical principle of the joint action of internal cause and external cause,the paper analyzes internal and external reasons of lacking of credit culture,which provides reliable guarantee to explore enterprise honesty culture construction.Finally,from the goal,the principle of the construction of the modern enterprise honesty culture,and combined with the “Shanghai Husi rotten meat incident” case,the chapter discusses how to strengthen the construction of modern enterprise honesty culture.Starting from the long-term goal and the recent goal,the strategic objective should be discussed to discuss the vision of the construction of honesty culture in our country.According to the basic ideas and methods of Marxism,the combination of theory and practice,the combination of active actions and passive actions,and the combination of university and specialty,the three principles are put forward offering performing evidence for enterprises' construction of credit culture.According to the reasons of the lacking of credit culture of enterprises mentioned above,the suggestions on the construction of honesty culture of modern enterprises are discussed from internal and external aspects including interior elements as enterprises' environment,culture and improvement of other aspects,and exterior elements as politics,economy,culture,environment and improvements of other aspects,thus providing constructive thinking path for the construction of modern enterprise honesty culture.
