An Empirical Study Of University Innovation, Industrial Innovation And Regional Innovation Performance

In this paper,we use the provincial panel data from 2004 to 2014 to construct the extreme boundary analysis model,and take 28 colleges and universities as the research object,and make an empirical study on the innovation of regional innovation performance.And then use the empirical data of 17 sub-sectors in China's high-tech industry from 2001 to 2014 to construct the panel threshold model.The market competitiveness level,the absorptive capacity and the industry technology gap are the threshold variables,and the factors of regional innovation Whether there is a threshold effect of efficient technology spillovers.Finally,from the perspective of industry-university collaboration to provide relevant policy recommendations.The first part of the thesis mainly combs the academic research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on the cooperative innovation and regional innovation performance in recent years.Based on the analysis of previous achievements,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the mechanism of innovation,industrial innovation and innovation performance in colleges and universities.The second part of the thesis is mainly to construct the theoretical model.Firstly,it defines the factors that affect the efficiency of innovation innovation in colleges and universities,and constructs the theoretical model of extreme boundary analysis.Secondly,it defines the factors that affect innovation performance in industrial innovation represented by high-tech industry: the level of market competitiveness,Research and development of human and capital stock,industry technology gap,and to Hansen's threshold effect model based on the construction of the theoretical model.The third and fourth parts are empirical studies.Firstly,it analyzes the effect of university innovation on regional innovation performance.The results show that there are obvious regional differences in the impact of innovation on innovation performance.The level of scientific research expenditure in colleges and universities has a significant impact on the three major economic innovation performance,but the university research human resources investment and university science and technology international exchanges and cooperation has no significant impact on regional innovation;university scientific research infrastructure construction only in the central and western regions have the ability to innovate And the eastern region is not obvious.The original innovation ability of the university only plays a role in the eastern and central regions,and the western region is not significant.The transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities only has a significant effect on the innovation in the central region,and the eastern and western regions are not significant.Secondly,it analyzes the existence of the threshold effect in the process of enterprise innovation,which is represented by high-tech industry.The results show that there are double threshold effects on the efficiency of innovation,such as the level of market competitiveness,absorptive capacity,industry technology gap and so on.The market competitiveness is only 0.125,foreign direct investment for high-tech industry technology spillovers will be obvious;R & D human capital investment should be appropriate input,when more than 11.369,will produce crowding effect;study all the threshold variables,R & D Capital investment is the most closely related to the technology spillover effect of high-tech industry variables;high-tech industry only to reach a certain size of the industry technology gap,will appear obvious technology spillover effect.The fifth part is based on the conclusions of empirical research put forward some countermeasures and suggestions,which promote the diversification of innovation,promote economic growth mode change has some reference value.
