Research On Collaborative Innovation Of Innovation Community And Performance Based On The Park Of Science And Technology

With the rapid development of global economic integration,the innovation is in an unprecedented degree of driving the rapid development of global economy.Silicon Valley's success makes park of science and technology become the sign of technological innovation,to drive the regional economy and high technology industry rapid development.The clustering development of high-tech industry make innovation bring out the trend of agglomeration and become the important path to realize the economic sustainable development in the new century.After 20 years' developing,the High-tech zones in C hina are qualified for the secondary innovation and in a critical period of realizing the transformation from factors-driven to innovation-driven.Especially the financial crisis lately,many countries took measures like the concept of Industrial 4.0 planning horizon 2020 and regression in manufacturing to stimulate innovation ability.The innovation driven development strategy in our country was put forward and speed up the construction of independent innovation high-tech zone under the background of facing the overseas innova tion threats.It is barely important to explore the collaborative innovation of hi-tech zones in C hina and achieve the economic development at the same time improving the independent innovation abilit y of hi-tech industry in C hina so that can do cultivate the innovation atmosphere of hi-tech zones and form the innovation system.On the basis of previous studies,this paper with industry cluster and collaborative innovation theory as the foundation puts the hi-tech enterprises research institutions and other innovative main bodies as the research object,by introducing the innovation community in collaborative innovation model to reveal the collaborative process and the innovation mechanism for purpose.First from the perspective of industrial cluster based on industrial innovation chain-enterprise,the enterprise-the government,the enterprise-universities and research institutions and enterprises-financial and intermediaries to four dimensions to build collaborative innovation of science and technology park innovation community network model,and then on the basis of the model construct innovation performance evaluation index system,puts forward assumptions using structural equation model and factor analysis to evaluate innovation performance and verify the feasibility of evaluation system and method.Finally put forward policy Suggestions of Tianjin Binhai hi-tech zone collaborative innovation development both macro and micro aspects.
