An Empirical Research On The Influencing Factors Of Fdi In China’s Provinces

In recent years,China has played an increasingly important role in the international market.The "One Belt,One Road" strategy and the establishment of ADB have important significance of the further development of China’s FDI.Of course,the integration of world economic makes China facing more intense competition in the world.It is necessary to have sustainable competitive advantage.Because of the development level of economic,geographical location,education and other factors of China’s provinces,the development of foreign direct investment is totally different.Finding the right way to develop internationalization has become an important issue for the development of China’s foreign direct investment.Many studies show that,in the process of enterprises internationalization,influencing factors mainly include the restriction of government policy,the saturation of domestic market and the development of international market,resource seeking and technology learning.Based on the perspective of China’s foreign direct investment(FDI),this paper makes a research on the influencing factors of foreign direct investment in each province of China.Based on the review of literatures on the influence factors of FDI in China,this paper puts forward a model of empirical research on the influencing factors of FDI in China’s provinces.The paper consists of five parts:The first part is the introduction of thesis,includes background and significance of the topics,the significance of this topic and research content and research methods,and the research innovation.The second part is a review of related concepts and literature.The third part is the empirical research,including the research hypothesis,the variable selection,the model estimation,the data source,the stationary test,the regression result analysis,the model test(cointegration test and Granger test)and the empirical result analysis.The fourth part is the relative suggestions.The fifth part is the recommendations of this paper.The author hopes that this research focusing on the influencing factors of FDI in China’s provinces and its political suggestions can provide the valuable guidelines and references with Chinese enterprises and contribute to the global development of China.
