The Study Of Direct Technological Advancement Effects In The International Industrial Transfer In Western China

International industry transfer is the effective ways to optimize the industrial structure and the pattern of economic development,especially for relatively backward western regions.In this paper,we explore the formation mechanism of technical progress under the new economic geography perspective.First,the paper analyzes the current status of international industry transfer in western regions.We found that the scale of international industry transfer gradually increase,the international industry transfer type becomes rich.But the big gap among western regions in international industry transfer led to the unbalanced development.Second,on the basis of the new economic geography liberal capitalist model,this paper introduced technical elements,using technology instead of capital,introduces the connotation and roles of technological progress effect mechanism.Then,we use the influence of the measurement model checking the effect of technical progress in the international industry transfer.The results showed that there is a positive direct impact.Next,the paper find out five factors,that is market size,trade freedom,technology shares,patent authorization quantity and the number of research and development.And we found that these five factors have a role in promoting technological progress.Finally,this paper gives advice from technology input,trade freedom and patent output.We hope to provide a meaningful reference in industrial restructuring for western regions.
