The Study On Industrial Economic Efficiency Of Jilin Province Based On DEA Model

Industry is the pillar sector of national economic development and the important basis for the real economy to constantly aggregate production capacity and provide consumption and production materials.In the economic context of the transformation of the development model,high-quality development of the industrial sector has also been mentioned in an important position.Therefore,the analysis and research on industrial economic efficiency have become the key support for how to occupy a favorable position in the new round of industrial revolution.As a representative province of the traditional old industrial base,Jilin province has its own unique internal favorable conditions and external advantageous environment,based on the production of resource-based heavy industry products,the manufacturing of transportation equipment such as automobiles and rail cars,and the processing industry of medicine,grain,agriculture and sideline products.However,in recent years,the industrial output value of Jilin province has shown a trend of decline in the development of the country.In this case,this paper puts forward the research content of industrial economic efficiency in Jilin province.In statistical analysis,this paper respectively describes the Jilin province industrial development present situation and main existing problems;Secondly,through the comparative analysis of the industrial developed provinces,drawing on the relevant development experience;Finally,the paper analyzes the industrial situation of Jilin province from the aspect of single factor productivity and industrial economic benefit.In econometric analysis,DEA model has been widely used in measuring economic efficiency,and this method has many advantages over parametric method.Therefore,this paper mainly selects DEA model to calculate the static efficiency of the industrial sector in Jilin province.Through the Tobit model,four main factors representing the management ability and technical ability of the comprehensive efficiency decomposition were selected,and the static efficiency was further analyzed by regression.It is found that the influence of human capital and property right structure on efficiency is positive,and the administrative cost of enterprise expenditure is negative,which also proves that the management ability and technical ability of industrial departments in Jilin province need to be further improved.In order to better reflect the internal situation of industrial economic efficiency in Jilin province,this paper analyzes the static efficiency from different levels of property right types,and analyzes its development trend and contribution degree with time.In the measurement of dynamic efficiency,Malmquist index method was selected to measure the dynamic efficiency of industrial sectors in Jilin province.The multi-dimensional analysis of industrial economic efficiency in Jilin province is made from the perspective of industry and different ownership.It is found that in the traditional industries such as petrochemical industry and automobile manufacturing,there are some problems in technical progress and technical efficiency,while in the new industries such as pharmaceutical manufacturing and equipment manufacturing,the main problem is the poor ability of technical progress.At the end of this paper,combined with the whole statistical analysis and econometric analysis of the conclusion,from the perspective of traditional industry revitalization,emerging industries strategic support.Considering the industrial cluster construction and regional agglomeration layout of Jilin province,the micro-construction of technological innovation and macro-control of institutional innovation are emphasized.At the same time,it also points out that we should focus on building lean management and talent team of enterprises,promote the improvement and progress of industrial economic efficiency,and promote a new round of highquality development of industrial construction in Jilin province.
