Research On The Synergetic Development Of Industry In The Hanjiang River Ecological Economy Belt

The Han River Ecological Economic Zone is an important part of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.It plays a strategic role in "coordinating Eastern,Central and Western,and cooperating with South and North China" across the country.Under the background of a well-off society built in a new era,the Han River Ecological Economic Belt has been promoted to the national level.The strategic status of the class has attracted great attention.However,there are many problems in the actual development process.For example,the upstream ecological environment is good but the economic foundation is poor,the economic strength of the middle and lower reaches is strong but the ecological environment is deteriorating,and the spatial development in the basin is not coordinated.These are also common problems in the basin economy.Signed here,how to promote the coordinated development of the Han River eco-economic zone,and solve the problem of uncoordinated development within the basin is the core of this paper's research.Research ideas.Industry is the link linking macroeconomic and micro-enterprise behaviors.This paper explores the collaborative development of the Han River basin from the perspective of the river basin industrial system.By combing relevant theories,the development process of the river basin is viewed as a complex system with coupled and coordinated features.With the new development concept as the direction,the Han River is constructed from the five dimensions of industrial innovation,industrial coordination,industrial greening,industry opening,and industrial sharing.Watershed industrial system coupling degree assessment model to analyze the root causes of specific industrial development not synergies,and to find the joint points of balanced and unbalanced development of the river basin(balanced development within cities complements short boards,thereby exerting their respective comparative advantages to form industries within the basin.Cooperative mode)to explore the path of coordinated development of the Han River basin,so as to improve the overall competitiveness of the economic belt.Research Framework.Firstly,the synergy theory and regional economic development theories are used to briefly analyze the connotation and basic characteristics of the coordinated development of the industry in the Hanjiang River Basin.It is concluded that it is impossible to achieve balanced and orderly development by relying on the development of the industry within the basin,and only establish a unified development goal.Internalization is the driving force for industrial development to promote the coordinated development of the industry.Then,based on the five development concepts,this paper briefly analyzes the driving mechanism of collaborative development of industrial systems,and builds an evaluation model of the industrial coupling degree of the Han River basin.The five-factor effect analysis,subsystem coupling analysis,and industrial system coupling degree of collaboration are used to measure the industrial system of the river basin.Coupling degree of synergy,the spatial heterogeneity of the collaborative development of the Han River eco-economic zone and the temporal evolution of the development of the Han River eco-economic zone were analyzed.It was concluded that the distribution difference is more obvious in the spatial,the highest city up to 0.96,while the lowest city is only 0.024;time evolution At the same time,the industrial synergy of the Han River eco-economy belt is on the rise as a whole,reaching a maximum of 0.1619 as of 2016,but it is still in an imbalanced recession;for most of the urban industrial subsystems,most of them are in the transitional category.It can be seen that the effect of the subsystem industry synergy is better than that of the economic zone as a whole,indicating that each city pays more attention to its own development and the economic zone has not formed a good industrial division of labor.Therefore,there is still much room for the coordinated development of the industry.Based on the conclusions and conclusions,we will analyze the weaknesses of each city's industry from the five factors of industrial cooperation.Finally,the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of policy innovation and concrete industrial development measures in the Han River Basin.
