In the context of today's domestic energy structure adjustment with energy-saving and emission reduction,due to the advantages of low carbon environmental protection and can make full use of biomass resources,projects about the straw direct fired power generation in recent years have got the primary support,also the rapid formation of a large number of related enterprises around the straw utilization.However,the current development situation of straw direct combustion power generation industry is not optimistic in the case of state subsidies.The deficiency of annual operation hours,cotinued losses and out of business are the common phenomenon among a lot of biomass plant.Straw purchase cost is too high is one of the fundamental reasons for this situation.The current straw purchase management still exists many shortcomings,especially high transportation cost,the acquisition work is not reasonable which conduct in-depth research and control.In this paper,it is considered that the reasonable estimation of the transportation cost is very important for the control of the straw power generation cost.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign relevant research content,this paper puts forward the detailed straw transport process of various costs,to use the concept of project cost to determine the transport cost of the unit weight of straw.Through the analysis of the straw purchase and transportation process details,the weight of straw can be collected and transport fuel consumption can be accurately estimated.The Huang Huai area as an example of straw transportation has verified the feasibility and rationality of unit weight of straw transportation cost;based on the unit weight of straw transportation cost,this paper brings forward the concept of straw purchase path,and select the path for the acquisition of in-depth study.The straw acquisition path optimization problem is transformed into multi-objective decision-making problem,and the cost,supply stability,qualified rate and environmental benefits are expressed as the independent variables.In the calculation of comprehensive comparison of various analysis methods to solve the link,and ultimately determine the modified stem iteration method for solving the model.This method divides the decision goal into two class of taregets which are guaranteed and adjusted objectives,the decision makers in the suboptimal target regulation target critical value as constraints to reduce the decision scope,and the emergence of with decision makers target deviation when setting the adjustment coefficient to achieve the iteration speed in the iterative process.The validity and practicability of the model are verified by a numerical example.Strawtransportation cost model proposed in this paper can make the relevant decision makers clearly see all kinds of straw transport cost composition and help to carry out cost control work;the research of the acquisition path not only innovative solutions in the implementation of multi objective decision making but also help decision-makers to rationally allocate the resources and achieve the expected goal.These research has certain extent reference function to domestic straw direct combustion power generation enterprise.
