With the development of economy,society,science and technology and the improvement of the level of information and global resources and environmental issues have become increasingly prominent,relying on modern information,communication and control technology,and actively adapt to the future development of smart grid,the requirements of sustainable development,has become a realistic choice for International power development.Entered in twenty-first Century,with the global resources,increasing environmental pressures,the user's power reliability and quality requirements continue to improve,the power industry is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities.Intelligent distribution network can improve the quality and reliability of power supply,thus reduce the number of failures,reduce the scope of accidents and shorten the time of accidents,in order to restore power supply,rapid analysis,diagnosis,reporting the cause of the accident to provide an effective basis;Can improve the management level of the entire power grid,such as the power system computer management automatically,accurately and timely to provide more detailed,rich data and any place,any user of the planned power outages,power supply;can easily and intuitively monitor the global users Of electricity,power supply,to achieve overall control.With the rapid economic development,the current low-voltage power grid Jingxing various problems can not meet the needs of the new rural development of electricity,embodied in the design of the grid is not standardized,branch lines,the number of nodes,equipment selection irregularities,failure rate high.Jingxing residents continue to increase demand for electricity,making its power supply quality requirements continue to increase,the original power grid layout,equipment configuration,etc.have been unable to meet the needs of rural development.The construction of high voltage power distribution communication network has been completed and the construction of medium and low voltage power distribution communication network has not yet started.This will seriously restrict the development of distribution automation,electricity information collection,production mobile operation and power marketing.Therefore,improving Jingxing low-voltage power grid intelligent transformation project management level,decision-making level and the level of scientific evaluation,to save investment costs,improve management efficiency and so on have very important significance.This paper is based on the actual needs of Jingxing county power grid operation,through the introduction of the Jingxing county area of rural development,aiming at the existing problems,puts forward the suitable development of the project,and the implementation of a detailed introduction to the project,the project impl ementationeffect from the analysis of technology and society.The successful implementation of the project communication ability and the level of technology and equipment will enable the Jingxing smart grid and distribution links significantly improved,can not only guide the local rural power network construction,but also can provide reference for China's other rural area communication network construction,is of great practical significance.
