Research On Logistics Model And Network Of Disposable Chopsticks

Chinese shortage of wood resources and low utilization lead to the commercial wood pulp lacking of independence seriously,affecting the healthy and sustainable development of Chinese forest industry.Disposable wooden chopsticks is a good reusable wood resource,but wooden chopsticks has always been overlooked.China produce 45 billion pairs of disposable wooden chopsticks every year,and consume1.66 million cubic meters of wood,these disposable chopsticks are almost all burned or regarded as landfill,has not yet started recycling,which lead to the lack of wood resources in China worse.Japan is also a big consumer country of wooden chopsticks,it has established a nationwide waste disposable wooden chopsticks recycling network and the discarded disposable chopsticks will be made of paper,furniture,handicrafts and chemical raw materials.In Japan,about 1/3 of the paper is made of recycled disposable chopsticks,which most of the paper sale to China,it will make up funds for the chopstick imports from China.China should also be aware of the problem of disposable wooden chopsticks recycling,disposable chopsticks can also be used as a recyclable resources to improve the value of the many times and protect our country has been very scarce forest resources.Choosing the appropriate recycling mode and constructing the corresponding recycling network is the key to recovery of disposable wooden chopsticks.This paper based on a large number of domestic and foreign research,it will further study of discarded disposable wooden chopsticks recovery model and network construction.In this paper,the first chapter describes the theory of disposable wooden chopsticks reverse logistics recovery model and the recovery network,reverse logistics recovery model and network construction.Secondly,this paper introduces the present situation of recycling disposable wooden chopsticks,the existing problems,the status quo of waste disposable wooden chopsticks abroad and the enlightenment to our country,and puts forward the countermeasures to promote the disposable chopsticks recycling in China.Thirdly,based on the extension of producer responsibility system,this paper constructs a model of disposable wooden chopsticks recovery model in view of the maximization of enterprise profit.Comparing to the example of producer self-recovery model(MDCM),producer alliance recovery model MDCDP),third-party recycling model MDC(TP),so as to select the appropriate recovery mode.Finally,a mixed integer linear program model(MILP)for the reverse logistics network of disposable chopsticks is established on the basis of the selected recovery model,and the minimization of the construction cost is taken as an objective function,and the disposable wooden chopsticks recovery is taken as an example.The model can be used to calculate the number and location of disposable wooden chopsticks reverse logistics recycle network node in Ganzhou area.The result of the model can be used to construct the reverse logistics recovery network of disposable wooden chopsticks enterprise in Ganzhou area.
