Discarded and used household appliance have some characteristics, such as huge amounts,contaminative and great value when they are call backed .At present , the recycling and dealing of the discarded and used appliance is still in its primitive stage taking the lack of completed laws, the informality of recycling methods, the weakness of public consciousness in environmental protection and the backward management as its illustrations.Based on the background mentioned above ,the paper begins to study the recycling system of household and used household appliance .The core of the paper is the establishment of recycling mode based on EPR .By collecting,analyzing,studying the experience of recycling in developed countries , the writer finds out that most countries adopt EPR to call back the electronic waste, namely the manufacturer's responsibility should extend to the whole life cycle of product , including the influence of the product to environment etc, specially emphasizing on the call-backing,reusing,dealing of the waste .The author agrees to the standpoint ,but the writer think that due to national condition , the duty can't be undertaken by the producer only, but undertaken by all the candidates .Under the mode ,the paper analyzes each participant's duty in detail and builds up a motivation mechanism to carry on the duties .The paper has five parts as below:Chapter one : Introduction ;Chapter two: Outline of reverse logistics of discarded and used household appliance ;Chapter three: The situation of dealing at home and abroad ;Charter four : The system of recycling based on EPR ;Chapter five :The mode of recycling based on the producer's duty ,and get conclusion at last .
