China tobacco industry have exclusive rights to operation,so that tobacco at the national level is the national monopolization,but due to distinction in the development of different tobacco enterprises,between different regions or provinces,the international market,there is fierce competition in tobacco industry.At present,based on the special market model of tobacco industry,there are few studies on the relationship between the brand cooperation and alliance formation of tobacco enterprises,and the evolution of the future development of tobacco enterprise brand alliance.At present,with the development of tobacco enterprises,the brand alliance strategy has been formed and developed,and more and more tobacco companies have the phenomenon of mutual game.At the same time,because of the fierce change of tobacco monopoly policy and external market competition environment,the tobacco enterprise mutual decision is not entirely rational,all enterprises in brand alliance strategy is constantly learning,constantly imitate the dynamic process of adjustment,brand alliance will be moving in different directions.In this paper,the formation and development of tobacco enterprise brand alliance is studied by using the game theory and empirical analysis.This paper analyzes the factors that affect the formation of the brand alliance of tobacco enterprises,and analyzes the optimal alliance cooperation strategy between the tobacco companies and the other factors,such as the price and output of tobacco products.Based on the development of the existing brand alliance,it has the prediction of evolution and development of tobacco enterprise brand alliance.It hasusing MATLAB softwareto simulate the evolution path of tobacco enterprise brand alliance changes,and study the related factors of the impact of the evolution.Finallythereis the caseof two major tobacco Yunyan enterprise to analysisthe implementation of the strategic decision of brand alliance formation and,summed up in line with decision making reference and practiceof the development and formation of brand alliance Chinese tobacco enterprises.
