In the modern Knowledge-Economics era,knowledge has already become one of the key factors of success in the competitive environment.Currently knowledge transfer has become a very important part of knowledge management.Different organizations are different in objectives,management,culture,interests,so culture and technology industry innovation and strategic alliances will inevitably have sorts of conflict.In this context,Articles build game matrix to control the conflict level from the perspective of conflict,to improve the cultural and technological industrial innovation performance through strategic alliances shift.Based on the conflict perspective,the use of evolutionary game,matlab method,firstly starting from the literature review and practical background,on the basis of the basic characteristics of cultural and technological fusion innovation,A comprehensive analysis of factors affecting the cultural and technological knowledge transfer performance Innovation Alliance;then,use the evolutionary game method to build asymmetric hawk and dove game model between Culture and technology business research side Based on the enterprise life cycle theory,and analyze its evolutionary stable strategy,and validate results of the game through Matlab numerical simulation;Finally,Strategies have been proposed to facilitate knowledge transfer performance from the formation stage and development stage.The main innovation conclusions of this paper include:(1)conflicting objectives and knowledge of conflict on knowledge transfer performance had a positive effect;(2)cultural conflicts and emotional conflict on knowledge transfer performance has a negative effect;(3)knowledge transfer amount(Q),knowledge transfer cost coefficient(C),knowledge transfer speculative gains(E),knowledge transfer synergistic benefits coefficient(?),bonus coefficient(?),penalty factor(?),knowledge transfer collaboration earnings(P)also affect the performance of knowledge transfer;(4)the development stage of knowledge transfer,change the value of the friction coefficient,the alliance strategy will change.This paper introduces the research methods of evolutionary game theory,Matlab numerical simulation;in terms of research contents,On the basis of corporate life cycle theory,we attempt to Construction of knowledge transfer through a two-stage game payoff matrix in order to achieve real positive dynamic evolution of cultural and technological innovation alliance knowledge transfer.
