Research On The Leakage Of Knowledge Transfer In Enterprise Alliance

In the time of knowledge economy,knowledge has gradually replacing traditional factors of production and become the most important strategic resource.With the furious competition,the shortage of knowledge resource has placed a big restriction on product development innovation.Thus,more and more enterprises choose to cooperate with the company which possess the complementary knowledge resources.The enterprise alliance would study and develop new products together,and the enterprise alliance is becoming a new choice for many enterprises to make a difference in the industry.In the process of long-term cooperation of the enterprise alliance,there have the transfer of knowledge among the strategic alliance.But a loophole in the contract design may results in the leaks of the knowledge.Therefore,this paper selects the leakage of knowledge transfer in enterprise alliance as the research content,and this paper analyzes the factors that influence the leakage of knowledge and constructed the limited rational evolutionary game model of leakage of knowledge.Then this paper carried out simulation on the established model,according to the results of simulation and proposes the corresponding management countermeasures and suggestions that made the game results toward a mutually profitable direction.First of all,this paper reviewed the related literatures of enterprise alliance,knowledge transfer,leaks and evolutionary game.Then the author analyzed the influence factors of knowledge leaks,and proposed the factors that affect knowledge leaks should divides into three aspects: the subject of knowledge leaks,the object of knowledge leaks and leak situation.Secondly,this paper constructed the limited rational evolutionary game model of leakage of knowledge in the enterprise alliance based on evolutionary game theory.And this paper through the solution of the model to analyze the evolution of the enterprise union leaks trend and strategy selection from the angle of the qualitative.Finally,this paper applying the MATLAB to simulate the evolutionary game model of leakage of knowledge in the enterprise alliance,and analyzes the changes of the parameters in the model on both sides of the enterprise knowledge evolution trend and strategy selection of leak.On this basis,this paper proposes increasing penalties,set up effective faithless punishment system in this industry;Increase the supervision cost,more enterprises to choose the risk coefficient of leak;To enhance information transparency,increased the enterprise choose the risk coefficient of leak;Increase the intensity of incentives;Set up the enterprise credit system in the industry,from five aspects to put forward to promote enterprise to adopt strategies don't leak management countermeasures and Suggestions.
