The Governance Research Of Profit Distribution Mechanism Of Agricultural Industrialization Based On Subject Heterogeneity Perspective

Since the 1990s,the agricultural industrialization management and development has become the main theme of China's agricultural modernization.However,the profit distribution mechanism as the core of the industrialization is falling behind the development of the operating system,which leads to the development of agricultural market imbalance,agricultural industrialization management system instability and the phenomenon of termination not uncommon.It is the basis of the healthy development of agricultural industrialization to explore the development distortion of agricultural industrialization benefit distribution mechanism,explain its deep roots and perfect it.Based on the perspective of subject heterogeneity,this paper selects the leading enterprises,farmer professional cooperatives,ordinary farmers three types of industrial interests as the representative and tries to construct the analysis framework of "heterogeneity-benefit distribution mechanism".This paper explores the causal effect of the subject heterogeneity and the single distribution of the profit distribution right,the unbalance of benefit distribution from the perspective of the differences of the institution preferences,the concept and goals,the social participation ability,the resource endowments and the contribution,and proposes the governance and improvement path base on which.First of all,starting from the agricultural industrialization and participate members,this paper explains the main business model of agricultural industrialization and sort out the main stakeholders and their interaction;Secondly,it constructs the theoretical analysis framework of "subject heterogeneity-benefit distribution mechanism"and discusses the mechanism between the interest subject heterogeneity and the distribution of benefits in the process of organization,production,processing and distribution of agricultural industrialization.Then,it points out that the heterogeneity leads to the problem of single distribution of the profit distribution right,the unbalance of benefit distribution and so on;Thirdly,taking the "leading enterprises +production base+ farmers","farmer cooperatives + farmers","leading enterprises + cooperatives+ farmers" as examples,the paper analyzes their organization form and the profit distribution,and further examines the mechanism between the subject heterogeneity and the profit distribution;Finally,it summarizes the problems and puts forward some suggestions on how to governance the benefit distribution mechanism of agricultural industrialization,promote it's stable development and enrich farmers from the three aspects of heterogeneous subjects,benefit distribution mechanism and government behavior.
