The Combination Mechanism Of Agricultural Industrialization Leading Enterprises And Farmers’ Cooperative Economic Organization

Based on the stakeholder theory, governance theory, the transaction cost theory, in this paper, the research object is set for Sichuan Province leading enterprises and local farmers’ specialized cooperative economic organization, system analysis of various types of benefit affiliating mechanism. On the basic framework, this text combines the macro and micro analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, combined with the actual case analysis methods to build. The main contents of this paper are as follows:The first part is the introduction which mainly summarizes the basic situation of this paper. Firstly, the background and significance of the topics are introduced, and then the household contract management system background is briefly introduced. Secondly, the research and analysis of previous research achievements and results of these tries are summarized. Since then, on the analysis and summary we gradually clear the ideas and methods of research, and then introduce the innovation point of the research. The second part is the introduction of the basic theory and basic concepts which are used in this article. In this part, the author mainly introduces the "farmer specialized cooperative economy organization", "benefit coupling mechanism", "leading enterprises", etc. Then the author introduces the basic theory, such as distribution theory, governance theory, stakeholder theory, and transaction cost theory to lay a solid theoretical foundation of the after study. The third part is the analysis of the current situation about the agricultural industry, then the author introduces the actual situation of profit mechanism between reality and local agricultural organization and leading enterprises of all kinds. In the fourth part, the author analyzes the problems of organization and agricultural leading enterprises which have not been solved in the combination of system development to make corresponding suggestions to theoretical support for the author to solve these problems. In the fifth part, the author puts forward proposals for the agricultural organization structure and leading enterprises benefit mechanism, the interest distribution system optimization and refinement of profit mechanism. The sixth part is the summary of the full text and further deepen the understanding of the article.
