Research On The Innovation Of Food Safety In China

Food safety is the biggest livelihood issues,and directly relates to the quality of life and happiness of the masses.General secretary Xi Jinping proposed to use the most rigorous standards,the most stringent regulation,the most severe punishment,the most serious accountability to establish and improve the food safety management system,and strictly defense every line from farmland to the table.After the reform of the national food and drug system,our country carries out divided monitoring model of food safe.Agricultural and livestock products are supervised by agricultural department and livestock department before they access to markets or production and processing enterprises,and are supervised by food and drug administration department after they access to markets or production and processing enterprises.This paper comprehensively analyzes a series of supervision measures of Jinzhong City in Shanxi Province on the social issues of food safety from the supervising body,supervising object,supervising means etc.And this paper puts forward the following three suggestions comprehensively to deepen the supervision of food safety in Jinzhong:establish a unified food and drug supervision system as soon as possible,strengthen the integration of food inspection institutions,form common governance power of social food safety.Based on the discussion of food safety supervision in Jinzhong,this paper tries to explore a new way of food safety supervision which is suitable for our national conditions...
