Employee motivation as an important part of human resource management,its goal is to improve the total working efficiency,but with the quickly development of the marcket economy,traditional institutional incentive mechanism doesn't innovative and reform,the obsolete incentive can't arouse the enthusiasm of working hard and meet talents' needs?This thesis analyzing the salary?promotion?training ?spirit incentive mechanism of Gansu Provincial Transportation Engineering Quality and Safety Supervision Bureau through the way of questionnaire and interview,discussing the problems and reasons,and based on the need level,two factors,ERG and other incentive theories,considering the characters of the public sector 's incentive mechanism,learning from modern management ideas,making an in-depth thinking on the incentive mechanism innovation of Gansu Provincial Transportation Engineering Quality and Safety Supervision Bureau,puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the incentive mechanism?At the same time,the environment,the challenges and the evaluation system of the new incentive mechanism are also described.
