With the rapid development of modern society,the small and medium-sized private enterprises have become an important part of national economy.They are the important force to keep steady and rapid economic development of society.As for increasing employment,improving people’s livelihood,promoting scientific and technological progress,adjusting the economic structure,and maintaining the healthy development of the market economy,they have important significance.Small and medium-sized private enterprises in the family business have become a new force,their role in the social and economic development should not be ignored.The family business as a kind of special small and medium-sized enterprise organization form,The Times has experienced a long development course,especially in small and medium-sized enterprise’s share of a large private enterprises.Family-owned enterprise development prospects,however,was questioned by some scholars,that family enterprise and the economic development of modern enterprise environment does not adapt.In addition,with the development of family enterprises,its own as a result of the limitation of "family",the low efficiency of the enterprise,management is not perfect,staff’s work enthusiasm to promote the emerging problems,become a bottleneck to the further development of family businesses.Family enterprise how to adapt to the economic development of today’s big situation,the main to overcome its own defects,as most of the main problems in the family business,family business is more and more attention from scholars in recent years.However,with the constant development of family enterprises,its small scale,lack of funds,serious brain drain and other issues have seriously hindered the development of family enterprises.They become a bottleneck restricting the development of family firms in the further.Especially with a serious brain drain,If the family enterprises want to attract talents,retain talents and motivate talents,they mustdevelop a set of enterprise incentive mechanism which is compatible with contemporary social and economic development and change the present situation of brain drain,which have important theoretical and realistic significance.Family enterprise employees incentive mechanism research is a comprehensive s ystem,it not only includes the management of general incentive theory and the theory of compensation management of human resources,also covers the related enterprise performance management system and enterprise culture based on Shared co-prosperit y.This paper focus on family AD enterprise management mode,can expose some co mmon problems of the family enterprises at present,can make they look at their own management methods,continuously improve business management,thus the structure of the compensation,performance management,organization structure and promotio n system,career planning,culture,management and so on several aspects to improve t heir management,improve management mode for them provides some clear direction.This article mainly research is a family-owned enterprise employees incentive m echanism,a typical representative of the family enterprises in shandong area AD com pany as the research object,through the formulation,distribution,and collection of qu estionnaires in the form of AD company employees incentive situation analysis;Using SWOT analysis method,the development of family business environment analysis,R eveal family enterprises in human resources management present situation,the employee compensation system present situation,the employee performance mechanism present situation,the staff promotion mechanism of common problems of several important aspects of career planning,in view of the problem formulated the corresponding optimization system and incentive measures,for the rest of the family enterprises to improve management,improve the enterprise vitality,promote the enterprise sustainable development to provide a reference.
