Family businesses as the national economy an important component of the socialist market economy in our country plays an important role, but with the family business has become more sophisticated, and growth of family business in the sophisticated capital accumulation to a certain extent, its operation and management gradually appeared on the defects in the incentive system is particularly evident on the performance, while the family business and other organizational forms of enterprises, regardless of talent at the prospects for enterprise development, remuneration and individual development are not that attractive, so family business have required more innovative incentives to attract, retain and make good use of talents. The purpose of writing this article is an incentive mechanism for the family business, put forward some possible measures to provide some theory of its development assistance and support.
