| At present,Shaanxi Province has vigorously developed high-tech industries,and has set up six specialized high-tech production parks.However,most areas in Shaanxi Province are still relatively lack of innovative resources.There are still have some problems in the development of high-tech industries.:high input and low efficiency.Therefore,it has great significance to research the high-tech industry R&D innovation efficiency of Shaanxi Province to the sustainable development of Shaanxi's hi-tech industry and the development of Shaanxi's economy.In this paper,high-tech industries in Shaanxi Province as the research object,select its 2011-2015 R&D activity-related datas,and use the stochastic frontier model comparison analysis the five sub-sectors of high-tech industry in Shaanxi Province's R&D innovation efficiency and high-tech industry in Shaanxi Province and the nation's R&D innovation efficiency.Use the technology inefficiency model analysis the seven factors of empirical high-tech industry in Shaanxi Province's R&D innovation efficiency.The results show that there is an imbalance between the five sub-sectors of high-tech industry in Shaanxi Province'R&D innovation efficiency.The gap between high innovation efficiency industry and low innovation efficiency industry is large.Compared with the national R & D innovation efficiency level,The efficiency level of the five sub-sectors except aviation and spacecraft manufacturing industry as a whole is low,and the gap between the national level is large.The results show that the efficiency of R&D innovation of high-tech industry in Shaanxi is directly proportional to enterprise income level,market competition,enterprise asset level,government support,regional human resource level and enterprise science and technology input level.The level of enterprise science and technology investment has the greatest influence on innovation efficiency.In addition,the level of regional research on the efficiency of innovation is not significant,it may be due to the level of scientific research to improve the transition period is long,to achieve substantial progress in a long time. |
