| In recent years,with the rap id development of urbanization process,the objective needs of urban space to expand,the purchase policy on the real estate market,as well as the promotion of the consumption patterns of residents,need a mixed,diversified forms of business services.And those factors promote the rapid development of commercial complex in a lot of cities in China.From the specificity,as a valley city,land resources in Lanzhou city have been being limited.And in recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization process,the contradiction between the restriction of resource factor endowment and expanding the objective needs of urban space is more and more prominent.Lanzhou New District which is under construction,in the short time,have not undertaken the rapid increase in business,population and other resources with the development of urbanization in Lanzhou City.However,the city commercial complex could intens ively use the spatial structure.Thus,develop commercial complex is benefit to ease this contradiction.Then,the article start the study in that context.This artic le has five chapters in total.First is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background of the study,the meaning of topics,and the research ideas.The second is the connotation,development process,as well as the relevant research about the commercial complex in Lanzhou City.The third chapter elaborates the practice of the commercial complex,combines the predecessors’ research,summarizes the site selection princ iple and the influenc ing factors of the Lanzhou commercial complex,and analyzes the influenc ing factors,then constructs the evaluation of the commercial complex of Lanzhou City Index system;The fourth chapter constructs the evaluation model of commercial complex in Lanzhou city.Taking the Wanda Plaza in Lanzhou City as an examp le,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index in the evaluation index system of Lanzhou commercial complex,and then uses the fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate comprehens ively the s ite of the Wanda project in the c ity.The fifth chapter summarizes the conclusions of this paper and put forward the policy recommendations to the government and developers.In addition,this artic le also proposed that,about the site selection of commercial complex s ite selection,in order to explore the evaluation model of commercial complex in line with the situation of commercial complex location,we should pay attention to the actual s ituation according to the area where the project is. |
