Study On The Development Countermeasures Of Pastoral Complex In Lanzhou

In 2017,pastoral complex was written into the “No.1 Central Document”,and pilot construction throughout the country.The all-round development of pastoral complex is an effective approach to the innovative development of rural economy,is a breakthrough in traditional rural development.At present,the efficient development of pastoral complex is the realistic demand of agricultural rural development.However,the development of pastoral complex is still unstable and uncoordinated.This study is based on the largest planned pastoral complex in Lanzhou ——Qinyuanchun pastoral complex as a case.The types,characteristics and functions of the pastoral complex were studied by comprehensive analysis method and the benefits of the development of the pastoral complex to itself and the local villagers.Based on Logistic model,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,analyzed and studied the consumers behavior of pastoral complex,and evaluated synthetically the development grade of pastoral complex,and came up with the following conclusions:1.Comprehensive development evaluation: at present,the comprehensive score of development evaluation of rural complex in Lanzhou is 66.082,the target evaluation grade is grade III,the overall development level is general,and it is on the middle and low level.2.Issues: the development of rural complex in Lanzhou city has the problems of slow economic benefit and no obvious function benefit,the consumer market involves a narrow area and the potential market development is insufficient,the propaganda is insufficient and the brand effect is not strong,the experience of agricultural projects is low and the types are not prominent.3.Countermeasure suggestions: perfect infrastructure construction,enhance function benefit,strengthen potential market development,stabilize existing consumer market,increase propaganda,strengthen brand effect,increase project agriculture experience feeling,expand agriculture project type countermeasure suggestion.The behavior analysis of consumers in this study to a certain extent showed the consumers' psychological expectations of pastoral complex industry nowadays.It made the orientation for the construction of Lanzhou City's pastoral complex at theconsumer level,had the model significance for planning and construction of pastoral complex in other regions in the future,and had reference value for the development of the entire pastoral complex industry.
