Research On The Mode Of Scenic Spot Driven Rural Tourism Dvelopment Under The Background Of Tourism-with-overall-development

In recent years,China's rural tourism development trend showing a strong vibrancy and excitement,more and more rural areas develop the tourism based on local tourism resources,seeking the specialization,large scale,and the trademark and image shaping,with more entrepreneurship growing up and more jobs for the local people.In 2016,tourism-with-overall-development has become an important tourism industry development idea and mode in current and future.How to develop and utilize tourism resources effectively in a more rational way to meet the increasingly diversified needs of tourists,lead the coordinated development of society,economy and ecological environment in rural areas is one of the important research fields of tourism development in current and future period.In this context,the development of rural tourism will become an important driving force for the tourism-with-overall-development.In this paper,the author carried out a preliminary study of the scenic spot driven rural tourism development mode in the angle of its characteristics,development principles,development model and development measures,on the basis of "the-core-and-periphery"theory,system theory and sustainable development theory as a support through reading research papers,comparative analysis and field investigation.And the author took the rural tourism of Luanping County in Hebei Province as a sample,described the resource base,development and operation mechanism,encounter specific,existing problems of the development of tourism industry and improvement measures in details for the empirical research,and gained a more profound understanding of the rural tourism development pattern of the county.To develop rural tourism of the county,complementary functions for the scenic spots should be focused on,the level of understanding and action ability,the product structure and individual service system should be further improve,in order to improve the level of consumption of tourists.Finally,so as to fully understand the rural tourism development pattern in the county,and provide reference for the promotion of their experiences,based on the rural tourism development process and operation mechanism of Luanping county,I put forward a framework for the development of the scenic spot driven rural tourism,i.e.,elect the center scenic spot,formulate the overall development plan,set up benchmark of business entities,put relevant policies and measures into effect,go out for practice learning,establish the service management mechanism,strengthen the travel marketing and demonstrate key products,during the cause of development,the government,enterprises and farmers are playing important roles as organizer,executor and promoter.
