The Farmer Out Of Poverty Strategy Research In Shanglin County

Poverty alleviation is a primary task for the government at all levels,all the regions,all the departments and a total of 70.17 million impoverished citizens of China during 2016-2020,and an important part of the work related to "agriculture,farmers and countryside"during the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan".So,it is extremely urgent to alleviate poverty.Poverty alleviation,as an important propellant for the shake-off-poverty work,has attracted great attention from all social sectors.Also,it has become an important topic of research for the academia and scholars.In the countryside,the integration and expansion of agricultural product processing,rural tourism,large-scale planting and breeding and other relevant industries usually necessitates the participation of peasant households,and the extent of their participation is generally an important factor restricting the development of agricultural industry.In this paper,based on the above research background,the perspective of farmers out of poverty to study farmer strategy research,makes every effort for the concrete implementation of industry of poverty put forward some advice has a positive role.To refer to learning,poverty related theory of literature to comb the intrinsic factors of poverty,and put forward the related factors affecting the development of farmer out of poverty.In order to make a field study on the factors restricting poverty alleviation in the farmers sector,we chose Shanglin County,Nanning City,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as a study area.By in-depth interview in combination of questionnaire survey,we collected relevant information and data,by SPSS and other related statistical software,we made a quantitative analysis on the data in order to identify the key factors influencing farmers development-oriented poverty alleviation,and by analysis,we put forward countermeasures with a thorough study of these countermeasures.This is of great significance to the advancement of poverty alleviation for farmers.The study results show that the factors influencing the implementation of agriculture-based poverty alleviation projects include educational attainment,age,source of income and annual per-capita income;farmers'age and source of income have direct influence on the development of emerging industries such as rural e-commerce and rural tourism;farmers' educational attainment has direct influence on agricultural product processing enterprises,agricultural cooperatives and the like;farmers' personal yearly income has direct influence on the entry of agricultural enterprises.Through further research,put forward farmers poverty reduction strategies and advice and to discuss in this paper,we study the deficiency in the process of clear the direction of the future research and goals.
