Analysis On The Plight And Countermeasures Of Poverty Alleviation In Tobacco Industry In M County Of Yunnan Province

This paper combines case study method with comparative study method,takes the development of tobacco industry in M County as the entry point,and conducts in-depth investigation and analysis on the status quo of tobacco area development and industrial poverty alleviation,although M County tobacco industry,it has made certain contributions to the local economic development.At present,it is still difficult to manage scattered tobacco areas,narrow space for increasing tobacco farmers' income,inadequate implementation of poverty alleviation benefits of enterprises,and lack of professional skills and talents.In order to effectively solve the above difficulties,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the typical cases of domestic industrial poverty alleviation,include the poverty alleviation of the forestry and fruit industry in Luding County,Yunnan Province,the development of the tourism industry in Wulong District of Chongqing,and Liangshan characteristic flue-cured tobacco cultivation promotes poverty alleviation.Dongxing City explored the new way of poverty alleviation in “e-commerce + industry”,and carried out detailed analysis,and draws lessons from experience.It proposes to promote the poverty alleviation of tobacco industry in M County from the following five aspects,including: to formulate overall designs and plans for poverty alleviation by industry;The government plans to build a complex of demonstration smoking areas;We will do a good job in preventing natural disasters and establish and improve the tobacco and agriculture insurance system;To guide enterprises to actively promote poverty alleviation in the tobacco industry;It will improve the system of skilled personnel and build a new type of tobacco farmers.The research results of this paper can not only promote the poverty alleviation of tobacco industry in M County,but also enrich the content of China's industrial poverty alleviation work,provide experience reference for the development of other tobacco areas in China,and provide reference for the stable and high-quality development of tobacco raw materials.
