| Food safety is the necessary requirements of guaranteeing people's health and life safety,which is one of the largest livelihood projects and popular support projects.The frequent occurrence of food safety events leads to the trust crisis of food safety,which also makes the Party and the Government facing a great challenge of how to let people eat safety,and how to increase people's security and well-being.The State Council announced the reform and integration of food regulatory functions in 2013.A series of measures to strengthen the supervision of food safety was added to the new food safety law which was revised and implemented in 2015.In the new situation,Qinhuangdao's supervision of food safety work will face more challenges.This paper is based on the new regulatory environment,in order to food safety supervision in Qinhuangdao as research object,Firstly the paper found the problems of food safety supervision by analyzing the present situation of food safety supervision in Qinhuangdao.Analysis food safety sampling and special sampling situation in recent years,Analysis the problems of food safety in Qinhuangdao by sampling results.Secondly,the current problems in food safety supervision in Qinhuangdao City are pointed out by the investigation and analysis of the food supervision departments,their responsibilities,regulatory approaches and present situation of supervision in Qinhuangdao City after the institutional reform.Finally,based on the actual situation of Qinhuangdao City,the specific countermeasures to optimize the food safety supervision in Qinhuangdao City is put forward to provide true and reliable scientific evidences for supervision departments of Qinhuangdao City in promoting food safety supervision. |
