A Research On The Policy Of New Energy Automobile Industry In China

In today's era to promote energy saving and environmental protection,new energy vehicles are increasingly favored by consumers,countries around the world are also actively layout of the in this process,the relevant industrial policies play a crucial role.Taking the new energy automotive industry policy in China as the research object,this paper analyzed the basic theories of the industrial police and its promotion to the new energy automotive industry.The foreign and domestic new energy automobile industry policy were also been analyzed.Based on the above research results,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the policy of China's new energy automotive industry.Specific research contents are as follows:By reading the literature,the basic theory of industrial policy has been refined,explained the definition and origin of the specific concept of industrial policy,summarized the classification and composition of industrial policy in detail,studied the mechanism of industrial policy from the perspective of industrial policy.According to the theory and mechanism of industrial policy,this paper discussed the promotion of industrial policy on the development of new energy automobile industry from different aspects.Taking the United States,Japan and Germany and Britain as the representative of the new energy automotive industry as a reference,this paper analyzed of the industry's leading national development strategy and specific industrial policies and measures in detail.On the basis of summing up the advantages and disadvantages of the new automobile policy,this paper summarized four useful enlightenments to the development of the corresponding industry in China.First we need to find a suitable for China's new energy vehicle development path.In addition,the government needs to improve the pattern of research and development,strengthen the construction of infrastructure and increase the procurement of new energy vehicles.Based on the data of production and sales of new energy vehicles in China in recent years,this paper analyzed the current situation of the development of new energy automotive industry in China,studied the new energy automobile industry policy and its role in China since 90 s,and analyzed the shortage of China's new energy automobile industry policy from the perspective of enterprise,market and macro control.Finally,based on the above results,the paper put forward specific suggestions on China's new energy automotive industry policy on the six aspects of poli cy making process,enterprise support,the transformation of technological achievements,infrastructure construction,the use of policy levers,and the role of non financial subsidies.For example,to improve the process of policy making,to enhance the clarity of the objectives and mandatory laws and regulations,so that the formulation of the policy really effective.
