With the rapid development of logistics distribution center and people's requirement for high efficiency of logistics service,modern logistics distribution center demands more much of the order sorting operations.As an important part of the order processing process,operation time of order sorting has a great impact on the efficiency of the entire logistics distribution center.In order to improve the efficiency of sorting operations and reduce the time of sorting operations,various logistics distribution centers gradually introduce automated sorting system.Without the condition of increasing the cost,how to further improve the efficiency of the sorting system is the key and difficult point in the research of logistics sorting operation.As the logistics and distribution center items more order complex structure,how to carry out a reasonable item allocation,improve the efficiency of equipment sorting,logistics and distribution center has been to be solved.Items assignment is the process of assigning a product to a suitable location according to items,which determines the sorting amount for each order in each sorting area and affects the total sorting time of the order.Therefore,this paper takes the zone automated sorting system as the research object and studies items assignment method between zones and in the internal zone,which provides theoretical guidance for rational items assignment of zone automated sorting system in logistics distribution center.In the study of items assignment method between zones,the sorting procedure of the system is analyzed.The items similarity coefficient(representing the correlation between any two items)proposed by the scholar Jane in the manual sorting system is introduced into the automated sorting system,and the sorting factor is added according to the characteristics of the system.It is proved that the delay time is positively correlated with the sum of the items similarity coefficients.The target is simplified to reduce the items similarity coefficients from reducing the total order time.The items assignment model based on the items similarity coefficient is established and dynamic clustering algorithm and improved dynamic clustering algorithm are used to solve the problem.The experimental results show that the results of the two algorithms are better than those of the items sequential assignment and the improved dynamic clustering algorithm based on the tabu search algorithm is better than the clustering algorithm.In the study of the items assignment method in the internal zone,the hybrid sorting strategy is designed on the basis of the serial sorting strategy: the parallel sorting can be carried out on the items that can be sorted by parallel sorting,and the serial sorting can be carried out on the items that cannot be sorted by the parallel sort.The operation time model and items assignment model are established,and the improved niche genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.The simulation results show that the hybrid sorting strategy is better than the serial sorting strategy,whether it is sorted by the same items assignment or the optimal items assignment obtained by the optimization algorithm within the scope of established iteration.In the same way as the items assignment method,the improved niche genetic algorithm is superior to the basic genetic algorithm.
