With the widespread dissemination of corporate social responsibilityconcept,the public have strong responsibility consciousness and theyrequire the corporate to undertake social responsibility actively. In theface of all kinds of pressure,more and more corporate start to undertakethe corporate social responsibility,they release corporate socialresponsibility report released in succession and integrate the corporatesocial responsibility into the development strategy and corporate culuture.Although the performance of corporate social responsibility will beaccompanied by the expese of enterprise resources,it will bring somereturn to the corporate.The employee is the important resources to maintain the enterprise survival and operation as the cell of the corporateand the response of them to the corporate social responsibility is thedriving force for the corporate fulfill social responsibility positivily. Inrecent years,the liquidity of employees which companies spend a lot oftime, energy and financial resources to develop, restricte the developmentof enterprise and reduce the waste of corporate resources,so the researchon how to improve the loyalty of the employees and encourage them towork enthusiasm become a important issue the managers focus on. Sothis study combine the corporate social responsibility with employeesand explore the impact of employees’ perception of corporate socialresponsibility to employees’ organizational commitment and jobinvolvement.First this article analyzes the performance of the of corporate socialresponsibility in our country, at the same time, the article expounds thewriting background and the significance of research on the relationshipamong corporate social responsibility, organizational commitment and job involvement.Based on a review of theory of corporate socialresponsibility, the relationship between organizational commitment andjob involvement are analyzed, through the former rasearch we find thatthe employees’ attitudes,perceptions and feeling of corporate socialresponsibility will influence employees’ organizationalcommitment.When employees have higher levels of organizationalcommitment, and more loyal to their organization,they would spend moretime and energy for the development of organization..Enterprises activelyfulfill the social responsibility has become an important way to attractand retain employees.Then we put forward the theoretical model and research hypothesison the basis of previous research achievements and according to thetheory model and assumption to design the questionnaire, and distributeamong its employees, we distribute questionnaire256and recyclequestionnaire235.Then we use the spss statistical software to analyze thedata including the analysis of reliability and validity and verify the assumptions one by one, the assumptions this paper puts forward aresupported by the data, the conclusion is as follows: Employeesperception of corporate social responsibility are positively related to theorganizational commitment. Enterprise performing the responsibility ofemployees, consumers and the environment are positively related to theemployee’s organizational commitment level; Corporate socialresponsibility awareness of employees have significant positive influenceon employees’ job involvement; organizational commitment ofemployees in corporate social responsibility plays a role of intermediarybetween perception of corporate social responsibility and organizationalcommitment.
